Our truly unique and curated box, the contemporary collection has so much for a chocolate connoisseur to love! This collection features the very first flavor we ever created- Manhattan! This award winning truffle features milk chocolate with Leopold Bros Maryland Style Rye whiskey, and cherry with a hint of citrus. The curiosities continue with the 2022 Grand Champion of the Colorado Chocolate Festival - the Chile Mango. This milk chocolate bon bon draws upon the street vendor flair of Latin candies with a spicy and chile forward blend paired with juicy mango. The Orange Bay Leaf truffle showcases the elusive bay leaf flavor paired with fresh orange zest and decadent milk chocolate. The Ras el Hanout caramel features a blend of Mediterranean and Moroccan spices in a flavorful honey caramel with milk chocolate. Our Bunches of Oats flavor conjures up memories from childhood, with a flavor akin to a honey roasted oat cereal- this truffle combines caramelized white chocolate with freshly toasted oats and a hint of maple! The collection has our Salted Caramel bon bon, the most classic of classic flavors, sea salt studded caramel enrobed in dark chocolate. We also have our London Fog bon bon, a local Teatulia Earl Grey tea steeped in cream providing a lovely bergamot flavor. Next is an award winning Mexican Chocolate bon bon, a mix of milk and dark chocolate with our special mix of chiles and spices! Our Sweet Cherry bon bon showcases caramelized morello cherries and decadent dark chocolate. The collection finishes with two flavor classics – Burnt Passionfruit and Caffe Amaretto. Our Caffe Amaretto bon bon features milk chocolate and full flavored local coffee, accented with amaretto and a hint of orange. Finally, the Burnt Passionfruit bon bon features caramelized passionfruit puree with smooth milk chocolate- this piece makes for a delightful blend of caramel, passion fruit and chocolate!

The collection begins with our rich Gingerbread Caramel- featuring a fresh ginger and spice caramel, this take on a classic flavor is a true treat! Next is our Roasted Pineapple bon bon, which showcases caramelized pineapple in a milk chocolate and brown sugar ganache. Our classic Grand Marnier bon bon combines American orange liqueur and Grand Marnier in a classic chocolate ganache. The Fresh Mint bon bon features fresh mint steeped into a creamy white chocolate ganache wrapped in dark chocolate. Our Pomegranate Caramel truffle has fresh pomegranate juice spiked with lemon in a dark chocolate shell.
