Why should I buy from m2 Confections?
We have over 30 years of combined culinary experience and come from varied backgrounds that include some of the finest restaurants in the world. We strive to give the best possible products to our customers with a whimsical and unique take on luxury without breaking the budget!
Where are you located?
Our Chocolate Studio is located at 6050 W. 92nd Street Ste 500 in Westminster CO. Our products are available throughout the Denver Metro area at artisan shows and chocolate festivals.
When will my order arrive?
Transit time depends on the location to which the package is shipped. We will provide you a tracking number when your package has been shipped.
What are your shipping policies?
We generally ship orders out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you have ordered a ready to ship item, your order should ship out within 3 days of ordering. If you are working on something custom with us, we will provide you shipping information as part of our quote. All orders are shipped through USPS, and we do offer flat rate on smaller items during the autumn, winter and spring months. We do not ship truffles during the summer months and at our discretion to ensure product doesn't get damaged.

We currently ship nationwide (including Hawaii and Alaska), but do not ship outside of the U.S.
What happens if it’s warm out?
Currently, we do not ship truffles during the months of June, July, August and early September, as the weather is too warm to safely ship chocolate. If you are still interested in truffles, please contact us and we can discuss overnight delivery.
For all other products, we offer priority 2 day shipping during the summer months, and we do have ice packs available if needed. Please see the listing for more information.
What is your return policy?
As we sell a tangible and perishable food product, food safety is paramount and cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us directly and we can work with you towards a solution. We will not provide refunds for products that are lost, delayed or damaged during shipping, but we may work with you on a case by case basis. If you must cancel an order, you have 24 hours from the time of ordering to do so for a full refund. Any order cancelled after that time will automatically be charged 50% of the overall order fee if the package has not yet been sent. Any order in the mail is considered complete and will not be eligible for any refund.
Why was my package returned to sender? Will you resend my package again?
If the address provided to us is invalid or inaccurate, the postal service will return the package to us. We make every effort to validate all addresses we mail to, however the customer bears the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address. When we receive a returned package in the mail, we will make every effort to reach out and contact you about resending the package, but any packages that will be sent again via the postal service will be paid for by the buyer.
Do you do local delivery or local pickup?
Yes we do! We can deliver anywhere in the Denver metro area for a small fee of $3-7, depending on location. We also offer free pickup at our Chocolate Studio. If you are looking for a wholesale order shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What type of chocolate do you use?
We use a mix of fair trade milk, dark, blond and white chocolates from Valrhona. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to make our own chocolate bean to bar, but we craft and use specific chocolate blends for each one of our products to give the item its peak flavor.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The shelf life of our product varies, but these are the minimum shelf lives of our items:
- Truffles and bon bons- 3 weeks at room temperature, 6 weeks in the refrigerator
- Pate de fruit- 2 months if wrapped airtight
- S’mores kits and marshmallows- 3 months if wrapped air tight
- Hot cocoas and chocolate pieces- 1 year
Do you do any allergen friendly products?
All of the chocolate we use contains a small amount of sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier.
A majority of our products are nut free and gluten free. We are exceptionally diligent about allergies and cross contamination. All of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly, and we use specific allergen-only molds, bowls and utensils for specific allergen items.

What is the most popular item you sell?
Our most popular items are probably the French Toast bar, our salted caramels, and our Manhattan bon bons. The French Toast bar is one of our very first creations, an item sold since before even the inception of m2 Confections. Our salted caramels are a classic representation of the well-known favorite, but with a quality twist not seen in other confections. The Manhattan bon bon won us the Grand Champion award from the Colorado Chocolate Festival in 2019. All are amazing and wonderful additions to your gift lists!
How often do you update your product list?
The short answer: as often as we like!
The long answer: Our product tends to rotate with the season, with each season having its own celebratory events and holidays to contend with. We strive to have something new each season, while still offering a core item list that is available most of the year. More precisely, we strive to offer a core collection of chocolate bars, bon bons and candies that rotate very occasionally, with seasonal items available alongside this collection as their time rolls around. We will have a special collection of bon bons available each season, potentially other flavors and candy variants from our core collection as well as brand new, seasonally focused items. We don’t like the shop to ever be stagnant, but if you really liked something you ordered from us in the past and want to see if it will come up again, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do sell gift cards! They are available through our products pages. These are virtual gift cards sent to an e-mail address, and only available to use on our website or in person from us.

As tends to be the case with most things, the answer is maybe. We often get requests for donations of items and we cannot always fulfill every request, but if you are interested please reach out to us directly at email@example.com.
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses or do I need to order everything individually?
Yes, we can send an order to multiple addresses! The best way to do this is to create a document or spreadsheet with each recipient's name, shipping address, gift note and the items you would like to send them. Then, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it easy for you to check out and pay for all your items in one easy step!
