Mushroom Fajita Melt (Vegetarian, can be made vegan) -- Seared mushrooms, poblano, onion and Mexican spices with Swiss, Asadero and Oaxaca cheeses, pressed on Cubano bread. Served with Chimichurri

m2 Delicatessen is located within m2 Confections at 6050 W 92nd Ave, Westminster, CO 80031.
