Refund policy
As we sell a tangible and perishable food product, food safety is paramount and cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us directly and we can work with you towards a solution.
Refunds
We will not provide refunds for products that are lost, delayed or damaged during shipping, but we may work with you on a case by case basis for egregious and extreme issues. For return questions, please reach out to info@m2confections.com. Please be ready to provide information about your order, including your order number, your name, address, date of order and payment information.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.
