Welcome Springtime with our seasonal and hand painted collection! This selection contains some of our seasonal classics as well as some new tantalizing flavors. Our rich Carrot Cake bon bon features caramelized white chocolate with classic carrot cake spices and dried carrot bits- this spin on a dessert staple is an instant classic! Next is our Chocolate al Pastor bon bon, which showcases caramelized pineapple with dark chocolate, achiote and chiles. Our classic Orange Creamsicle bon bon combines fresh orange zest with vanilla bean in a white chocolate ganache. The Mint Julep bon bon features fresh mint steeped into a creamy milk chocolate ganache with Colorado Bourbon. Our Remedy Caramel truffle brings the flavor with a honey + ginger caramel that is spiked with lemon in a dark chocolate shell. Last but not least, our collection is finished off by our unique Strawberry Pink Peppercorn bon bon. This wonderful piece showcases fresh strawberry steeped with floral pink peppercorns and decadent dark chocolate.
This box also includes a selection of our signature bon bons that pair with the season! The collection has our Salted Caramel bon bon, the most classic of classic flavors, a sea salt studded caramel enrobed in dark chocolate. We also have our London Fog bon bon, a local Teatulia Earl Grey tea steeped in cream providing a lovely bergamot flavor. Our Dark Chocolate bon bon combines several South American dark chocolates with hints of vanilla bean and salt. Our Sweet Cherry bon bon showcases caramelized morello cherries and decadent dark chocolate. The curiosities continue with the 2022 Grand Champion of the Colorado Chocolate Festival - the Chile Mango. This milk chocolate bon bon draws upon the street vendor flair of Latin candies with a spicy and chile forward blend paired with juicy mango. Lastly, our Irish Coffee Caramel bon bon showcases Irish and American whiskey with fresh ground coffee and a hint of vanilla.
