Bring in the winter with our seasonal and hand painted collection! This selection contains some of our seasonal classics as well as some new additions to the roster. The collection begins with our vibrant Lemon Rosemary Caramel bon bon-- a bright combination of fresh lemon zest and rosemary wrapped in a dark chocolate shell. Next is our Roasted Pineapple bon bon, which showcases caramelized pineapple in a milk chocolate and brown sugar ganache. Our classic Grand Marnier bon bon combines American orange liqueur and Grand Marnier in a classic chocolate ganache. The Fresh Mint bon bon features fresh mint steeped into a creamy white chocolate ganache wrapped in dark chocolate. Our Pomegranate Caramel truffle has fresh pomegranate juice spiked with lemon in a dark chocolate shell. Last but not least, our collection is finished off by our uniquely Colorado piece, the Alpine bon bon. This flavor pairs Leopold Brothers Three Pins herbal liqueur with juniper and rosemary for the taste of the Rocky Mountains!
This box also includes a selection of our signature bon bons that pair with the season! The Ras el Hanout caramel features a blend of Mediterranean and Moroccan spices in a flavorful honey caramel with milk chocolate. Next is our Sweet Cherry bon bon, which has caramelized sweet Morello cherry puree with decadent dark chocolate. This collection also features two of our most classic pieces, Dark Chocolate and Milk Chocolate. Our Dark Chocolate bon bon combines several South American dark chocolates with hints of vanilla bean and salt. Our Milk Chocolate bon bon showcases a single origin 46% milk chocolate throughout the piece. The classic Raspberry Caramel bon bon features juicy raspberries with lemon, vanilla bean and a milk chocolate shell. Lastly, our Orange Bay Leaf bon bon combines fresh orange zest with fresh bay leaves in a unique take on the classic orange and milk chocolate flavor combination.
