This dark chocolate bon bon, inspired by the classic Mexican street food, is an achiote and chile forward blend paired with juicy pineapple. The Orange Bay Leaf truffle showcases the elusive bay leaf flavor paired with fresh orange zest and decadent milk chocolate. The Ras el Hanout caramel features a blend of Mediterranean and Moroccan spices in a flavorful honey caramel with milk chocolate. Our French Toast bon bon highlights a wonderfully toasted caramelized white chocolate with hints of maple and cinnamon– it tastes just like French Toast without the bread! Last, the Calamansi Tamarind truffle features exotic calamansi juice, lime zest and tamarind puree with pure dark chocolate for a complex and memorable experience- this piece is sweet, bitter and tart all at once!
