Adapted from the traditional form of brittle and regularly served as a “bark,” this candy has a delightful snap that melts in the mouth. Our version features roasted cocoa nibs and sweet vanilla bean to give this candy a sweet, lightly chocolatey flavor with a crisp crunch. We've caramelized the cocoa nibs slowly and hand crafted a confection that is subtle with spice but powerful with flavor.
