Our warm weather packaging is the best way to ship our products in the Spring and Summer months. Measuring 5.5 by 3.5 inches, it is only slightly larger than a stack of index cards, and is reusable. While we cannot guarantee that this packaging with ensure your packaging stays cool, it is the best preventative measure to avoid ruining the delicate items we ship. We recommend using at least one pack for every 3 items, but if you are purchasing more than 5, please contact us directly for custom shipping options. Please keep in mind that dry items such as marshmallows do not need this packaging. We highly recommend adding this packaging to all chocolate orders, to ensure quality. This ice pack is a preventative measure. We cannot be held responsible if items are left out in the heat, or mishandled by postal carriers.
We also have the option to add a thermal mailer to package your boxes of truffles in- we will add this if you purchase warm weather shipping.
