Our truly unique and curated box, the contemporary collection has so much for a chocolate connoisseur to love! This collection features the very first flavor we ever created- Manhattan! This award winning truffle features milk chocolate with Leopold Bros Maryland Style Rye whiskey, cherry and bitters with a hint of citrus. The curiosities continue with the 2022 Grand Champion of the Colorado Chocolate Festival- the Chile Mango. This milk chocolate bon bon draws upon the street vendor flair of Latin candies with a spicy and chile forward blend paired with juicy mango. The Orange Bay Leaf truffle showcases the elusive bay leaf flavor paired with fresh orange zest and decadent milk chocolate. Next in the box is our version of a Dark + Stormy, featuring Bear Creek Spiced Rum and fresh ginger in a caramel, covered with milk chocolate. Our Bunches of Oats flavor conjures up memories from childhood, with a flavor akin to a honey roasted oat cereal- this truffle combines caramelized white chocolate with freshly toasted oats and a hint of maple! We also have our London Fog bon bon, a local Teatulia Earl Grey tea steeped in cream providing a lovely bergamot flavor. Next is an award winning Mexican chocolate bon bon, a mix of milk and dark chocolate with our special mix of chiles and spices! After all of this hearty flavor, try a bite of our Lemonade bon bon, a refreshing pop of lemon married with white chocolate. The collection finishes with two flavor classics – Passionfruit and Caffe Amaretto. Our Caffe Amaretto truffle features milk chocolate and full flavored local coffee, accented with amaretto and a hint of orange. Finally, the Burnt Passionfruit truffle features caramelized passionfruit puree with smooth milk chocolate- this piece makes for a delightful blend of caramel, passion fruit and chocolate!

The collection starts with our classic pumpkin spice latte bon bon, the quintessentially fall-flavored coffee ganache enrobed in milk chocolate. The banana bread bon bon showcases sweet bananas with caramelized white chocolate wrapped in milk chocolate. Our lemon basil bon bon combines extra virgin olive oil with fresh basil and lemon for a refreshing yet decadent treat- this piece is reminiscent of an Italian coastal summer vacation! Our Palisade peach caramel balances juicy local peaches with peach whiskey and decadent caramel in a crisp dark chocolate shell. The new smokey chile truffle features spicy guajillo chiles and molasses with a house smoked milk chocolate ganache. Last but not least, our collection is finished off by our uniquely Colorado inspired piece, the Alpine bon bon. This flavor paired Leopold Brother Three Pins herbal liqueur with juniper and rosemary for the taste of mountain forest unique to the Rockies!
