Roasted portabello, oyster and trumpet mushrooms in olive oil with poblano peppers, garlic and onions. Spiced with chipotle, paprika, oregano, cumin and coriander, served with swiss, oaxaca, asadero and quesadilla cheeses on house made cubano bread. Pressed and served hot.
