Welcome Autumn with our bespoke hand-painted truffle collection! This season we are celebrating cooler weather with a few of our classic flavors and some brand new pieces. The collection starts with our classic Pumpkin Spice Latte bon bon, the quintessentially fall-flavored coffee ganache enrobed in milk chocolate. Next up, try a bite of our Spiced Pear Maple truffle- featuring caramelized maple with warm spices and juicy fresh pear in milk chocolate. Our Palisade Peach caramel balances juicy local peaches with peach whiskey and decadent caramel in a crisp dark chocolate shell. Our Bunches of Oats flavor conjures up memories from childhood, with a flavor akin to a honey roasted oat cereal- this truffle combines caramelized white chocolate with freshly toasted oats and a hint of maple! Our Caramel Apple bon bon features Colorado apples with classic pie spices in a rich gooey caramel. Last but not least, our collection is finished off by our uniquely Colorado inspired piece, the Alpine bon bon. This flavor pairs Leopold Brothers Three Pins herbal liqueur with juniper and rosemary for the taste of mountain forest unique to the Rockies!
This box also includes a selection of our signature bon bons that pair with the season! This collection features the very first flavor we ever created- Manhattan! This award winning truffle features milk chocolate with Leopold Bros Maryland Style Rye whiskey, and cherry with a hint of citrus. The Orange Bay Leaf truffle highlights the elusive bay leaf flavor paired with fresh orange zest and decadent milk chocolate. Our Salted Caramel bon bon, the most classic of classic flavors, is a sea salt studded caramel enrobed in dark chocolate. Our Sweet Cherry bon bon showcases caramelized morello cherries and decadent dark chocolate. Next, our classic Dark Chocolate bon bon is pure dark chocolate with a hint of salt and vanilla bean. Lastly is one of our most popular flavors- Chile Mango! This milk chocolate bon bon draws upon the nostalgic flair of Latin candies with a spicy and chile forward blend paired with juicy mango.
