Have you ever wondered why chocolate is so expensive? Or have you ever been curious if you can tell the difference between different chocolates? Do you want to be able to choose better chocolate when you buy? This class is right for you! In an hour long session, we will teach you a crash course lesson on how chocolate is made, from the plant to a candy bar, as well as how to evaluate different cocoa percentages and different qualities of chocolate just from the label! Informative and fun, we will guide you through tasting a minimum of 10 different chocolates from a wide range of brands while discussing the flavor notes, how the chocolate can be used and what to look for when buying chocolate.
At the end of the hour, we will have an active Q+A session with anyone who would like to participate. Every ticket for the class comes with a custom built 4-piece collection of chocolates to take home in addition to the tasting chocolates and class session!
Tickets are for our first class, scheduled for Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 at 4:30pm. The tasting event will take place in our Chocolate Studio at 6050 W 92nd Ave, Ste 500, Westminster, CO 80031. We will add additional dates if interest is high enough! Please contact us if you have any dietary restrictions but would still like to participate!
